• I used this product for my XBox. You do have to configure it. This can be done in the settings.

• Yes, you can. You'll just have to format it on your 360 first.

• Yes you can. It'll delete everything on the flash drive then "modify" it to be suitable for the xbox's files. I've done it myself.
