Best Buy does sell a "Solid State Drive Conversion Kit" (search for it on their site), which includes both, plus a SATA cable, a USB-to-SATA adapter, screws, and a screwdriver. They also sell just the mounting brackets, and you can find open source cloning software online, like Clonezilla, or free versions of cloning software from Macrium or Easus.
