Don't know. Put it in a older laptop. There are adapters for towers. Easy to just get one of tower. Check they'll tell you just look.

All the cables to hook up just fine. On performance with these drives. I always like to start with a fresh load of windows 10 with a new drive.

Please try again later.Dell Optiplex's are generally desktops so you'd probably need a 2.5" to 3.5" adapter bracket also a SATA power connector from your power supply(you can get 4 pon molex adapters) and a free SATA port on your motherboard. If you gave the model I could check the power and port availability.
