• You can use this disk as an external storage drive., through an enclosure, however this is not its proper use. The main use is to incorporate it into PC laptops or video game systems. There are several specific storage units for the use you intend, most are with traditional hard drives however there are also external SSD drives, whose performance is spectacular

• Sure. You will need to buy a housing that supplies power and have a usb cable. just google portable drive enclosures. I think mine cost under $10

• Use a docking system. Best Buy also sell a 2.5 sata cable to usb.

• This needs to be installed into a desktop PC or laptop. It requires 2 connectors, power and SATA. If you're looking for games/media storage, you should look for a larger SSD. 500GB to 1TB
