“Is this card compatible with the Nikon D5100? My current card is a PNY High Performance 16gb 30MB/s and I occasionally get a random gray screen amongst my pictures. I'm wondering if getting a higher MB/s, might solve this problem. Anyone have any input?”

• I have used it with my Nikon 5200 and it worked well. Suspect it would do fine with the 5100, but just check the specs.

• I was having a similar issue with a Compact Flash I was using with an old camera. Kept getting double exposure pics and half gray/half regular pics. I upgraded to a faster speed and it helped in my situation.
