No you can not used this in a mobile device. It is a windows desktop video card. There are external enclosuers for video cards to work with laptops, but they have vary vary limited compatibility. Besides that, a 730 is not a gaming card. Its better for office use, and multiple monitors. Sure it might would help a vary small amount if it were possible.
