    Compact GeForce GT 730

I just purchased the card recently at my local Best Buy and can confirm it is a GeForce GT 730, not a GT 720 as claimed in the other review posted. I have installed the card and run GPU-Z to confirm the specs. The physical packaging from PNY also says GT 730 on it. The card looks identical to the one pictured. The only mistake in the listing is the "GTX" instead of GT, and a couple details on the specs page. The memory is not 400 MHz. It's 900 MHz (1800 effective) DDR3. While not the fastest card around, it is VERY physically compact, decodes 4K video, and can handle some casual gaming of titles from a few years ago. It's a nice step-up from integrated graphics on an older machine. It also has very low power draw of around 25W max, making it a great upgrade for anyone with a slimline or small form factor PC with a low-wattage power supply. The only negative so far is that the fan is a little bit noisy at idle. If your PC is nearly silent at idle and you are in a quiet room with no speakers/headphones in-use you might notice the fan noise.

I have an IBM X3650 Model 7979, which only has PCIe x8 slots. Most of those are actually only four lanes, providing 10W-- and are half-height slots as well. The two that fully eight lane slots can accomodate only single-slot cards. This brings me to why no other PCIe x8 graphics cards would work-- there were many that claimed to be single-slot width but had monstrous heatsinks that pushed well into the next slot's space-- and on a server whose riser card is such that the riser's case, and the computer's actual case, would need to be cut to accomodate the heatsink, or if the other slot were used, the heatsink would have to push through the planar! How's the performance? It's pretty darn fantastic. Completely blows away the PCIe x1 HD6450 that I got tired of living with (I picked it because at the time it seemed decent, and it had 2GB on it). 3DMark returned some decent scores, and even in the Firestrike demo, I actually get frames per second-- not seconds per frame. Remember, most of these very small form-factor cards are only PCIe x1. The best chipsets are going to be severely hampered by such a narrow bus connection. If you've got a system that has PCIe x16 slots, chances are, they're also going to have room to install a full-height, full-length, double-width card. This card is for someone with an old server system who just doesn't have the time to really sit down and build a brand-new system out of hand-picked components. Pros: Genuinely single-slot width. Cons: None so far

    Gamer Review

First I would like to say this card did EXACTLY what I wanted it to 100+ fps while playing world of Warcraft. I have every low end NVidia graphics card dating back to 400 series. this card is better than the Gt 610/620/630 and rivals the framerate of gtx650.. that's where your bottleneck is. If you have a quad core 3.0ghz or better, you should be looking at the R7 250 at least, if you don't have the PSU but need that kind of power you will have to spend more money and get the gtx750. Because the 750 runs on low 300-350 watt psu's. this card is perfect for old dual cores not looking to do much more than WOW or league of legends, But if you have a quad core go with the r7 250, or gtx 750 neither of those will disappoint for a budget gamer build. I give this card 4 stars not 5 only because I think the starting price should be 49.99. have a great day.

I used this card to provide dual monitors in a business setting. It works great for this purpose. If you are looking for a good low cost video card for dual monitors, this is a great choice.

Works with low power builds. Running fine with a 280w power supply. Helped give the machine some "life."

I got this so I could play Minecraft without getting irritated every 2 seconds with the performance of the on board video. So far I am very happy with the gt 730. Fast, smooth and a cinch to install and setup. Once installed, go to Web site and download up to date nVidia drivers.
