A:AnswerI think it will. I put the one I purchased in a dell sff. You will need two open slot to use both the hdmi and the Digital. They give you two back plate to make it so it fits in the slim line. I just used the hdmi and disconnected the other.

there are a lot of version of Dell Optiplex 990.. cases sizes vary a lot.
