Q: QuestionIs this compatible with the Dell Inspiron 3650 Signature Edition?

• A:Answer By itself, it cannot support it. The Inspiron has a low voltage power supply. This GPU needs a 300W PSU and the one equipped is 240.

• A:Answer The manufacturer states that it can handle 2 monitors. I haven't tried it with 2 yet, but it has the outputs so I don't think it would be an issue
