A:AnswerWell if the Online inventory could be tracked more efficiently that would be awesome, very true though it is better to go check yourself. The stores often in my experience have contradictory inventory to what is seen online and they will hold it for you upon a phone call request. I have never once had a bad phone call with searching inventory and never been told wrong over the phone. Just buy a couple semi's of 1060'
's and RX 480's please lol.
A:AnswerAccording to my research the 1070 and 1080 will work in the XPS8700 so it would seem that he 1060 would as well. Check out this post on Dell's forum for more information.

I've found reports from several users on that forum stating that they are running the 1060 and their only issue was that it was difficult to route the cables.
