Mine shipped ups. Took several days longer than promised date, but eventually arrived. Try this item again, may have been out of stock at that time. Of course, now that LHR is no longer limited (hahahaha Nvidia!!) people may just be buying as fast as possible again.

I ordered this item roughly 2 weeks ago and after going through verification, I was able to select shipping to my address as an option. At the time of this answer, it seems as though they are out of stock as after attempting to add it again there are no cards available within a 250 mile range around me to pick up or ship.
