A: Hynix and yes LHR
A: go for the best price build quality and aftermarket support are the same if its gaming your focused on if mining the pny has restrictions
Q: How are you able to get this if pick up and shipping is not available?
A: Mine shipped ups. Took several days longer than promised date, but eventually arrived. Try this item again, may have been out of stock at that time. Of course, now that LHR is no longer limited (hahahaha Nvidia!!) people may just be buying as fast as possible again.
