A:AnswerYes. If you ran a 760 previously you can run this card. Your only concern is any sort of size issue. This is a very small card but if you have a small form-factor case it may not have the clearance.
I doubt that's the case but be sure and check the general dimensions of your 760 against this card.

I do not know about a cyber power pc; however, I do know that this card can be used on most PCs with a free PCIe port aNd does not need external power I am using this card on a 10 year old Dell Optiplex 9020 with no issues and much, much better graphics.

A:AnswerThis card is compatible with your motherboard via the pci Express 16 slot however the card will take 2 slots on the back of your tower making it where the slot in your motherboard above the pci Express 16 slot cannot be used. I bought this card for my PC and it works great.
