A: Yes. If you ran a 760 previously you can run this card. Your only concern is any sort of size issue. This is a very small card but if you have a small form-factor case it may not have the clearance. I doubt that's the case but be sure and check the general dimensions of your 760 against this card.
Q: Will this card work and a cyberpower pc.
A: Aiden, I do not know about a cyber power pc; however, I do know that this card can be used on most PCs with a free PCIe port aNd does not need external power I am using this card on a 10 year old Dell Optiplex 9020 with no issues and much, much better graphics. Hope this helps, DuBB
