No, so far from what we’ve seen in recent trailers Pokémon are no longer included in future Pokémon games.

Also, if you look at one of the trailers for pokemon scarlet and violet, you can see swablu. therefore, Altaria is in the game Will there be pokemon? Yes, this is a pokemon game Afterall. Will there be new pokemon? most definitely yes. you can even go as far as to look at the pokemon scarlet and violet website and see a handful of new mons. Not to mention the new never before seen Pokémon that they haven't announced. But if you are going to buy the game (like I am), you can see the new Pokémon yourself.
