You need to call the 1-800 bestbuy number. Ive preordered over 10 games and only received one. I had to call for the other 9. They seem to be very behind. They will deff update your account as soon as you call.

However, I'm currently in a chat with Best Buy support, because I was only given one $10 reward, as opposed to the two that customers were told they would receive if they ordered both games (as opposed to ordering the single two-pack containing both games).
