• It does not come with a chest strap because you don't need it. Your heart rate is measured through the watch via your wrist.

• No. Be sure to get a transmitter that uses bluetooth, like the H7 and whatever other technology you need, like to connect with a spin bike.

• The A360 is not sold with a chest strap. The heart rate functionality it offers comes via an optical sensor built into the back of the watch. One can purchase our H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensor as a separate accessory to complement the functionality if the user chose to do so. - Mike@PolarUSA
