Q: QuestionWill the polar M400 watch and heart rate monitor H7 work with a Windows phone to transfer the data to or which app should i use for my this ?

• A:Answer The M400 will NOT work with a Windows phone. Polar's Flow application is designed to work with the iOS and Android operating systems only. To transfer whatever exercise/activity data it records, one would need to plug into their computer that has the Flowsync software. • A:Answer The strap is adjustable so it doesn't give a direct size. I believe the one that comes with it would be considered m-xl and I think you can order anything larger than that.

• A:Answer I don't know about fit bit or jawbone, but it works well with the app Endomondo on my android phone. I use endomondo and the moto 360 android wear smart watch. I can check my heart rate on my moto 360 in the endomondo app easily whIle running.

• A:Answer Greg - Polar's H7 heart rate sensor communicates on both Bluetooth Smart as well as a 5 kHz coded frequency. I would confirm with Diamondback if this recumbent exercise bike has the ability to receive on either one of these frequencies. If it has the ability to receive on the 5 kHz, then the process should be seamless and not require anything of you other than wearing the strap as designed and letting the receiver within the bike to pick up the signal. If it receives on the Bluetooth Smart, then there may be a pairing process that is needed - Mike @ Polar USA
