Q: does this keep a log of your HR data or does it show current rate only?
A: The H7 heart rate sensor does not record any data. That is dependent on the app (or watch) it is paired to. Polar's 'Beat' application for example records the heart rate data and allows for analysis after the exercise recording session. - Mike @ Polar USA
