A:AnswerRegular 600 film has a battery in the film packet that powers the camera. I-Type film doesn't have a battery in the film pack as new Polaroid OneStep cameras have an internal battery that powers the camera. Basically the Polaroid OneStep cameras can use both i-Type and 600 film, while older cameras can only use 600 film.
A:AnswerThis newer i-Type is mainly for their new cams and their printers. I would recommend looking up if anyone has tried it and if they say it did then maybe buy a single pack to test it.
This new film has a different cartridge size and also fits 8 instead of 10 exposures.. so I wouldn't risk it.
A:AnswerEvery pack of film is stamped with a production date, and we recommend using the film within 12 months of that date. Any film purchased at Best Buy will have been manufactured within the last couple of months so it will be very fresh.
