QuestionWhen using Alexa the soundbar says you are not connected to WIFI in the Polk app. I reset the soundbar to factory, follow the steps on the phone app, however it does not connect. My app shows my wifi account and the polk command wifi?? Please help.

- Answer Try factory resetting the sound bar or re downloading the app and powering down the tv and sound bar

- Answer There is a power button on the remote control. This is also alexa controlled so you can just speak and turn the bar off.

- Answer I'm thinking the answer is no, this sound bar cannot be combined with surround sound unless the surround sound system also uses a HDMI connector. The Polk soundbar comes with a wireless subwoofer to simulate surround sound. The sound bar itself can be connected with a HDMI connector or an optical connection. The cords are provided with the Polk system.

- Answer yes, i tweeted the company about this (in a private message). on top of the soundbar there are four buttons. one looks like a mute button but it really is to mute the microphone so the smart speaker is off. i love this soundbar and am happy i own it.
