- Answer I have mine set up for the HDMI-ARC option but it worked fine with the HDMI only setup as well. (Connected to an LG OLED)

QuestionI have the polk max and I can get sound with the hdmi arc whin looking at my att u-verse but whin I try to watch Amazon video or you tube I get no sound from bar. I have tryed both the hdmi and optical cable. Anyone else have this problem

- Answer Not sure I understand, but the subwoofer that comes with the system connects wirelessly to the sound bar. Mine worked together directly from the box but I think there are instructions on how to reconnect the subwoofer wirelessly back to the sound bar unit. There are no outputs or connectors on the subwoofer. Also, I do not know if the subwoofer would work with any other units.

QuestionMy chromecast audio that's built into the speaker stopped working. I did a factory reset and everything and reconnected it to Wi Fi but Google Home still can't see it to cast to it. Anyone else having this issue?

- Answer I have had this same issue. The only way I was able to get it to connect to my Wi-Fi was by using the Device Utility App in the Google Play Store. Even then, it's been problematic when trying to use it through Google Home.

- Answer It connects to Bluetooth so it will connect to Alexa and Alexa can be used through it however, it does not have inate Alexa support.
