Questionso we have a large open down stairs with 2 story ceilings I'm looking for bass that will make me FEEL the action does the subwoofer have a LOT of kick? I like POLK and this price point is very attractive

- Answer The bass is substantial, you can feel it in your chest even from 20+feet away, and that's turned up half way. Really fills the room with sound!

QuestionDo you have an ETA for the software upgrade that will allow the S2 speakers to stream audio from the TV when they're connected with the SB1+ soundbar? It was originally scheduled to be released by Polk in June but as of yet it has not been released.

- Answer After 30 minutes of updates and a generally confusing setup process, I just got the S2s to work with the soundbar. Let me tell you, it's worth the pain. The 2 x S2 speakers boost performance tremendously. Separately, I am not impressed with this system, but together...wow! If you like the soundbar now, adding the speakers is a must.

QuestioniPhone is paired with SB1 sound bar and blue light is solid. Change to aux mode but no sound. Need help. Best Buy has no clue and I have called Polk crust service and created online ticket with them. They do not ever answer phone or reply to messages.

- Answer I haven't had good luck with the Bluetooth mode myself. With the aux cable works great for my records. It holds up but than is really low volume. Sorry but if you find out if like to know.

QuestionI bought this today in Longmont store to go with our new LG OLED TV. Downloaded the manual to get instructions for syncing remotes. First have to do the TV's, it says, then can do the Xfinity. Won't work! Any suggestions?

- Answer the Direct TV remote controls all, the soundbar and tv. it doesn't adjusts audio settings: bass, treble, etc... but does control volume, mute.

QuestionWill this work with a Dish remote?

- Answer I believe it would work with a dish remote. The remote that comes with this bar is very small, and it has three volume choices, overall volume, bass volume and it has it's own equivalence to a center channel, so it has a volume control so you can increase or decrease voice levels. I mention this because if you incorporate this into your dish remote, I am uncertain if that remote would allow to control the voice control.

- Answer App is useless for soundbar and any speakers connected to soundbar. App is intended to control audio source and volume of speakers throughout the house.

- Answer You can connect to soundbar via Bluetooth dongle supplied with SB1+. Audio quality over BT is slightly lower than direct in.
