“iPhone is paired with SB1 sound bar and blue light is solid. Change to aux mode but no sound. Need help. Best Buy has no clue and I have called Polk crust service and created online ticket with them. They do not ever answer phone or reply to messages.”

I haven't had good luck with the Bluetooth mode myself. With the aux cable works great for my records. It holds up but than is really low volume. Sorry but if you find out if like to know.
