That would depend if you intend to bi-amp them or not. Bi-amping will take away 2 channels however. If you don’t want to bi-amp, leave the clips on the speaker posts and plug them into your left and right surround channels. If you want to bi-amp, you will need to remove the clips from your speaker posts and change the speaker setting/setup on your receiver to bi-amp. This will make your setup a 5.1 instead of 7.1 though because 2 channels get repurposed. Don’t quote me on this as I cant remember it’s been so long, but I believe the left and right surround go to the bottom posts, and front high surround goes to the top posts. Your amplifier’s owner manual should tell you how to wire for bi-amp.
