• The signature series is an excellent line, and I recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their current system. The lineup includes the SS-50's, 55's, and 60's. The amplification specs on each are 20-150 watts for the 50's, 20-200 watts for the 55's, and 20-300 watts for the 60's. An adequate receiver that provides around 100 watts-per-channel will fit the bill just fine.

• According to crutchfield these speakers are rated to handle 200 If you visit polk.com they do not advertise the handling power either. whttp://www.crutchfield.com/S-NopCRS8sXCY/p_107SIGS55/Polk-Audio-Signature-S55.html
