This has Left and Right speaker level inputs, as well as Left and Right RCA jacks. Your receiver probably has one or two RCA jacks for subwoofer output. Mine has two, so I used both to hook up L+R, but it's not necessary since the subwoofer channel is mono (except for 5.2 or 7.2 setups)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Despite much advertising to the contrary, #16 normal "zip" cord would be perfectly adequate in lengths required by a normal, medium-sized living room. I'd estimate 12 to 15 feet would NOT loose any power or clarity. In lengths beyond 18', you may want to consider wire cord at size !4; in no case will you need #12 or lager! "Monster Cable" is a total rip-off for normal in home use. For an auditorium running "movies", you might consider some of those extreme claims about cable capacitance loss--but we're talking 200 feet or more in an auditorium!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The unit accepts RCA style connectors (2) from the Subwoofer out jack on most amps/receivers, and it accepts speaker inputs (L&R) where it separates the low frequencies internally.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sub has an RCA connection to connect it with a signal directly from your receiver, if it has a subwoofer out connection. Otherwise, it has speaker-level connections that allow you to connect it directly from the speaker output terminals from your receiver and then hook the speakers to the sub.
