- Answer Hello, the Polk Audio ES10 bookshelf speakers can serve as your main LT and RT. A second pair may also be used as your surround LT and RT speakers. For a complete surround sound system, consider two pairs of ES15 speakers(fronts and surround speakers), ES30 center channel, and an HTS10 subwoofer.

- Answer Hello, the Polk Audio ES10 speakers are passive and require an AV receiver or amplifier to function. Besides the provided wireless subwoofer, external speakers cannot be added to the Polk Audio S2 Sound Bar.
