- Answer This is a very good product. It does not fall off in my work. I can shake my head, lean over etc.. But I can not answer what it may do if you are sweating, and have wet hair. But because it completely hooks the ear, and the hearing piece sets inside the ear opening, it does not need adjustments.

- Answer Absolutely. I listen to my laptop through my 5220 all the time. Go to your settings, open the Bluetooth page and press and hold the button at the top of the mouthpiece/wand.

- Answer Notbsure if you can connect to pro tablets. Cant talk and charge at the same time cord is small. No wireless charger that i know.

- Answer Visibly, the small light will blink slowly in blue. I always turn the power button off while charging. You can also press the button on the end of the mic wand, and it will give you a vebal message in your ear, of how much talk time is currently available. The most time I have heard is 6 hours.

- Answer The only time I don't have this device hanging on my ear is when I am showering or sleeping. I use it on my desktop and laptop computers, my Samsung cell phones as well as a work provided flip phone. When at work I have both my personal and work cell phones connected at the same time. I don't have Bluetooth on my landline home phone so can't answer that question

- Answer I do so often when in a pinch. The mic is the best other than with the real mic I use on my desktop or in Conf/Vidcalls Also a Logitech product. Named Blue

- Answer Hello! This will depend on the phone. Alexa is now built in the Voyager 5220 and it is designed to work when you tap the Mute button, then you can ask a question. You hear a tone when Alexa is activated. Please note it is necessary to install the Plantronics Hub app on your phone in order to enable this feature. Being able to give commands without pressing a button would be a feature from the phone itself. - Answer Yes After the latest update Plantronics changed the button to push to tell your phone to call a number or person. Now you push the black one at the end of the microphone. No longer the red button. BEST BUY should call Plantronics and get the updated information after the latest update. I did and that is what they told me.

- Answer You can compare the technical specs online but the main difference I went with the 5220 is because you can travel up to 98' with it.

- Answer I have the same issue and have been looking for a solution for about a year. I have updated the software, searched online...everything, but no solution. I wonder if the headsets are defective. Actually, I have two of these because I am on the phone many hours per day, and they both have the same issue. Somebody please help us!!!
