A:AnswerYou have to love these FAQ sections. So far there are 4 answers to this question, (2) YES and (2) NO. Which is it? The factory person says NO but you can clearly see the Magnetic 5 bar contact area at the bottom of the unit which leads me to believe it will work with Legend charging cable. Can someone please send in a pic of the headset connected to the Magnetic charger cable from the Legend?
A:AnswerNot very long. If you are talking life cycle of battery, you will be lucky if you get two years then you are expected to throw it away and buy a new headset. I'd buy a cheaper one or a brand that offers a battery replacement program.
A:AnswerIt says this one will but when I use two Blue Tooth devises simultaneously the sound is terrible. You have to choose one or the other for proper sound.
A:AnswerIt's very frustrating because sometimes it identifies the caller but most of the time it DOES NOT even though the caller is in your contacts. This thing really does not work well. I have had two of them and I'm going to have to return this one and just get a different brand. Sad too because this one is VERY COMFORTABLE. I love the look and the fit but if it doesn't work, I can't use it.
A:AnswerIf you turn it off and reset it , it may work but honestly I have had two of these and they both did exactly what yours is doing. I'm a truck driver and some days it just would not speak to me through google maps.
A:AnswerHello! The Voyager 5220 has Multipoint technology which enables you to pair and connect your headset to two different Bluetooth audio devices at once. Note that you will not be able to use two devices simultaneously; instead, the benefit is that you will be able to answer an incoming phone call from either device using the headset. For more information on how multipoint works: https://bit.ly/2LHlX80.
