As you know, your computer is equipped with an internal BT adapter, however BT technology works through several profiles and these are the ones your internal adapter should have to allow a connection: Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Wideband Hands-free (HFP) Profile 1.6 and Headset (HSP) Profile 1.2. For PC use, we recommend using the UC version (Voyager 5200 UC) which includes a BT600 adapter that ensures PC connectivity without any connection issues.
