QuestionThe earpiece sound quality is great and I love the features. However on better than 60% of my calls the recipient complains they can't hear me, or there is static or I fade in and out. I tried setting the it to HD voice with no luck.

- Answer Make sure the mic boom is angled toward your mouth. If that doesn't help delete and reestablish the connection to your device. I hope that helps

- Answer If the computer has Bluetooth audio streaming support and also supports the Headset Profile (HSP) and Advanced Audio Distribution profile (A2DP) for calls and media streaming (respectively) you should be able to pair the headset directly to the computer and use it. In case the computer doesn't support these features and doesn't actually support Bluetooth headsets either you will need to use our BT600 Bluetooth adapter, which is also recommended since it gives you remote call control with supported softphones.

- Answer yes. noted: the magnetic connections aren't interchangeable, between the two, as theedges of thelegends USB charge cable prevent it from reaching the 5200.

QuestionCan two 5220 headsets be used by different people in the same house without accidentally connecting to each other's phones? I.E. are there separate channels or frequencies to prevent this?

- Answer Hi! Both devices work through Bluetooth Technology, therefore it is possible for a cell phone to pair with the other's earpiece if Bluetooth is in search mode on the phone. Please notice this model counts with NFC, which is a technology that enables Bluetooth devices to establish wireless communication with each other by simply touching the devices together.
