• Yes but be careful it can twirl around if not mounded properly.

• Depends on the car. If you’ve got smooth, vertical surfaces, sure. Otherwise, that’s a big ol’ nope.

• It really depends on where you want to put it & your personal vehicle. It personally didn't work in my car because of my interior. But it definitely works
