• Mine worked out of the box on Win 10. No tweaking necessary, plugged right in and went on every game.

• I purchased the controller and out of the box the controller does not work with the PC and drivers will not automatically install. On the PowerA support website, they provide links to drivers although the drivers themselves are not developed by PowerA. Downloading the drivers are "use at your own risk"- in general this is not a windows compatible product but with the assistance of third-party software it can be. • Sounds like a YMMV. If you read in the comments of the WindowsCentral review, the controller was recognized but didn't work on an Alienware system.
