    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer The HP-12S Wireless Headphones need an Infra Red transmitted signal that many of our ceiling mount or head rest mount monitors will transmit. Or you can get a conversion / transmitter module that can be interfaced with the RCA Audio Outputs from a radio or other device to convert the analog signal into the "IR" signal that the headphones require.

  • QuestionWill these work with a 2018 Honda Pilot rear entertainment (IR) system?

    Asked by Chris.

    • Answer Hello Chris, Our HP-12S "IR" Headphones operate on the following infra red frequencies. Channel A: Left = 2.3 MHz. Right = 2.8 MHz. Channel B: Left = 3.2 MHz. Right = 3.8 MHz. You will need to consult the vehicles owner's manual, or the dealership to confirm that the rear entertainment system is transmitting these frequencies. If so, then our HP-12S will work with the system in the vehicle.
