• Hello "Lumpy", According to the owner's manual for the 2003 Chevy Tahoe, the rear seat entertainment center does transmit an "IR", (Infra Red), audio signal to the O.E.M. headphones, and as long as the transmitted signal is between 2.3 MHz and 3.8 MHz, then the Power Acoustik headphones in this add should work.
