QuestionThe light stays green, Never turns red when the battery pack needs to be charged. Charger n battery packs are brand new. Shouldn't the light be red on dead batteries, not always green

- Answer The light should be red if the battery is dead and all during the charging process. The light will turn green when the battery is fully charged.

Questioni just bought my charging station today and cannot get either controller to charge. when i first plugged everything in it flashed green and red, but when i put the controllers on it seems to not charge them. any ideas on how to fix this?

- Answer You need to push the piece that the controllers rest on the charging station down until it clicks so that the metal part of the battery in the controller can make contact with the metal part of the charging station.

QuestionLights turn green after a few hours, so I push dock down to stop charging and push back to charge(without using controller after supposed full battery) and lights are red for another hour or so?

- Answer I never turn mine off. Just leave them charging when they turn green. Game is played almost daily so would like them to be ready to go.

- Answer Xbox One X controllers will work with Xbox One. But Xbox One X and Xbox One (they are really the same) will not work with Xbox 360 and vice versa (360 controllers will not work with Xbox One/One X).

- Answer Not sure...ours didn't work right out of the box. One side would charge the controller, the other side would not. We would have to actually apply light pressure to keep it held down for it to charge. We returned it.

- Answer Make sure your battery is touching the correct terminals in the controller. Try flipping the battery around in the controller.
