“Where can I get a basket for the 10 qt Pro? I saw some on PowerXL website but it has a series CM code that I did not get with my unit so I don't know which to get to make sure it is compatible. How do I find out?”

Please locate the model number on the bottom or back of the unit to see what model you have, then visit https://www.tristarcares.com/products/powerxl-air-fryer-ovens/ to find the unit you have, you can click on each unit to find the one that matches your unit and click on accessories. That will bring you to the right website.
