Marinade your ribs overnight, then slow cook them in the oven 40 min but your sauce on them then put them on the grill for 15 minutes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cooked baby back ribs on mine & they turned out great & not tuff at all! I use the grill pretty much like an outdoor grill as far as temperature & it takes a little less time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have not tried this. I usually parboil my ribs then grill for a short time on a regular grill. So I guess you could do the same with this product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ribs need to be cooked low and slow. You can't cook raw ribs on a grill. 2-3 hours in the oven, with dry bbq seasoning, fully covered with foil @ 300 degrees, then sauce and grill.
