“How long are the interconnect cables for the Project III turn table? They appear to be hard connected, not RCA at the unit itself? Also is there a ground cable in this configuration?”

Both ends are removable. About 3 feet. Are RCA connectors, and the included cable has a ground connector.

Only the power cable is hard connected. Cable connections are not RCA.
