Questioni bought a new TV and mount, as well as the geek squad 56" & Above TV Connect & Mount package, and the haul away. the TV to be hauled away and the old mount are still installed on the wall. do they need to be taken off?

- Answer I do believe when they haul it away, they take the item down, off, uninstall and such. I had Refrigerators, stove, dishwasher uninstalled and haul away and the new appliance installed in their place. But with any advise, it would be an good idea to call Geek Squad to verify the haul away procedure. Hope this helps.

QuestionGetting a new Over the Range Microwave. My "Haul Away" appointment is one day, and my Delivery+Installation appointment is a week later. Will they disconnect the microwave during the Haul Away appointment before they take it? Or do I need to beforehand?

- Answer We had both appointments scheduled for the same day and time. The crew disconnected and dismounted the existing microwave before installing the new one. We followed BB's instructions and had the cabinet above the microwave cleaned out before the crew got here. Whole process took about an hour.

- Answer No you would have to do that on your own. Why would you want your garbage disposal removed anyway? You need one. Don’t want food to clog up your drain and then have to pay a plumber to unclog it.
