Bryan We’re sorry that you are unable to get your bike off of demo mode. To switch to the regular mode, press the Silent Magnetic Resistance increase button repeatedly to select a demo mode option. To turn off the demo mode, select DOFF. You can find more information regarding this on page 20 of your user’s manual.
