“We have assembled the bike as far as the seat adjustment lever. It only goes on one way because two holes in lever have to match same holes in frame. But the lever is very stiff and barely moves either way. What to do?”

make sure its not in backwards, mine was and it was stuck on level 7 and it showed it was on 1 , tried to change and it still felt the same
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a problem with the manufacturer....Mine had to be replaced once .... a new one delivered....and it was even difficult for the technician that delivered and assembled. The supervisor had to schedule a visit to complete the assembly.
