Check that no wiring is preventing the fan blades from turning.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fan is the two buttons in red on the left side under the screen. If you are pushing those, there must be something wrong with your fan. The instruction manual is online. I don't believe we received a manual either, only a quick set up guide. If you google Proform 440 ES users manual you can download it. Good luck!
