- Answer The bike is huge and heavy but you can manage easily. Ensure you have a solid gym machine to avoid damages to your floors. Also, the electronics holder is amazing. It's very convenient if you have to take calls and do video chats - super sturdy. The fan is smooooooth and niiiiice, the beverage holder super nice and big. And the speaker is amazing - you can plug your phone and hear the music or calls thru it with great resonance.

QuestionI can't seem to get the fan to work on my Proform ES 400. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there an instruction manual for the bike? I think the team that assembled it may have accidentally thrown it away when then removed the trash.

- Answer No. If I'm sitting on the edge of the seat I can peddle, and I'm taller than you. I just have short legs.
