• A:Answer Proform Great question, thank you for your interest in our products. For the 505 CST Treadmill there are 4 different categories of workouts. Incline, Calorie, Intensity, or speed. When you select a category the display will show the length of the workout along with the name. Also, a profile of the speed settings of the workout will appear in the matrix. If you select a calorie workout, the estimated number of calories you will burn will show. During the workout the machine will adjust automatically to the speed and incline settings for that workout.
