Yes, it's as screw lever just pull out then tighten by hand. If your over 5ft. 10in. This bike is too short. I'm 6ft1 and my legs hit the bottom of the handle bars and they cannot be moved up or down. I'm returning it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It couldn't be easier. It's identical to ones you find at gyms like Planet Fitness and more higher end ones, brand is ProForm. Legit. Anyways, it's a big red knob that you screw to loosen, then adjust from a wide range, then tighten the knob real tight again to prevent wobble. It's a huge knob, very easy to turn even when in tight position.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seat has a big red knob on the back. You screw in and out for safety reasons with your hand. Easy torque (wife easily does it too). Once you have it screwed all the way out, there is a spring that you have to pull on to disengage the pin. Once the pin is out of the hole, the seat can be adjusted with your second hand until you find the appropriate height. Then let go of the spring loaded pin to let it go back into the appropriate hole. Then once again screw it back down tight for safety reasons.
