Once the batteries have been installed, it will be capable of connecting to Bluetooth enabled devices via the iFIT app and to Bluetooth compatible heart rate monitors. • It does need batteries for the small LCD display. Does not connect to outlet.

• It takes batteries. This bike is not a true bluetooth. It only works to calculate your activity doesn't hook up to other devices.
