What your product is advertising at the time of your purchase will be honored. iFIT is changing their membership payment from annual to monthly and this will effect promotional offers from here on out. I just got off the phone with iFit and they were able to set me up with a 1-year trial iFit Family membership, which is authorized for these Carbon CX bikes from Best Buy. No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying there's no card in the box with a code, but at least it works!
