“It looks like I am missing either lower wire (82) or upper wire (90) on the front of the bike. I only have one of the ends, not a second wire to plug into. Page 11 in the instructions. Anyone know what I should do?”

Look inside the cavity of the handlbar neck/base. It was pushed into this space.
